When you create an account on openg4d, you enter into our standard terms of use. We require you to be in a supported jurisdiction where local law permits our service. Your account is protected by Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, encrypted password storage, and transparent withdrawal review windows. This page outlines the conditions under which we operate openg4d, how we handle deposits and withdrawals, and what rights and responsibilities you have as an account holder.

Deposits and Payment Methods

When you deposit on openg4d, we generate a unique virtual account number or payment link. You authorize the transfer in your bank or wallet app — we confirm receipt within subject to verification. Deposits are non-refundable once confirmed; if you transfer to the wrong account, contact our support team immediately.
All deposits must come from an account registered in your name. We do not accept third-party payments. If we detect a deposit from a different person's account, we'll suspend your withdrawal privileges pending investigation.
Withdrawals and Compliance Review
You can request a withdrawal anytime your account balance is positive. When you submit a withdrawal on openg4d, we initiate a compliance review lasting 24–48 hours. We verify that your balance matches your game history, check for disputes, and confirm your withdrawal address. Once approved, funds transfer to your original deposit method — we never withdraw to a different account than the one you deposited from.
Transfer times depend on your bank or wallet provider, typically 1–3 business days. You'll receive email and SMS notifications at each withdrawal stage. If your withdrawal is rejected during review, we'll notify you of the reason and allow you to request another withdrawal or adjust your details.

Bonus Terms and Promotional Offers

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash; they can only be used for gameplay. If you reach a playthrough requirement, your bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash, subject to our standard withdrawal review.
We reserve the right to cancel a bonus if we detect abuse, duplicate-account use, or coordination with other players to exploit the offer.
Account Suspension and Closure
We may suspend your openg4d account if we detect: violation of these terms, suspicious activity (duplicate accounts, third-party payments, location fraud), or failure to complete KYC verification. We'll notify you of a suspension and provide a reason. Most suspensions are temporary — you can contact support to appeal or resolve the underlying issue.
You can close your account anytime by requesting account closure in your settings. We'll process withdrawal of your remaining balance (subject to compliance review) and delete your account data after 90 days, except where we're required by law to retain records.
Disputes and Complaint Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to mutual resolution through our support process before escalation to a court or regulatory authority. These terms are effective as of their last update and supersede any previous agreements between you and openg4d.
