What happens after you create your openg4d account

Step 1: Email verification

We send a confirmation link to your email. Click it within 24 hours to activate your account. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or request a new link in your account settings.

Step 2: KYC verification

Before you can deposit, we ask for your full legal name, date of birth, and valid ID (KTP, Passport, or Driving License). We verify this against Indonesian government records. The process takes 1–2 hours.

Step 3: Add a payment method

Once KYC is approved, you can link a payment method. Choose from DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, QRIS, or direct bank transfer from BCA, Mandiri, BRI, or BNI. We do not store your card or bank credentials.

Step 4: Make your first deposit

Deposit via your chosen payment method. The funds appear in your openg4d account immediately. You can then access live-dealer tables, slots, and sports betting on your phone or desktop.

Account security on openg4d

Your openg4d account is protected by encrypted password storage and optional two-factor authentication. We recommend enabling SMS-based 2FA in your account settings — this requires you to enter a code sent to your registered mobile number each time you log in from a new device. If you forget your password, we send a reset link to your email. The link expires after 1 hour for security.

We monitor your account for suspicious activity. If we detect a login from an unfamiliar location or device, we may temporarily freeze your account and ask you to verify your identity. This protects you from unauthorized access. Your KYC data is stored separately from your game history and is never shared with other players or third parties.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately. We can reset your password, review your recent activity, and help you secure your account. We also recommend changing your password regularly and never sharing it with anyone, including our staff.
