If a deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank transfer does not complete, the funds return to your payment method within 1–3 business days. Check your bank or wallet app to confirm the refund. If the money does not appear, contact your payment provider — they can trace the transaction. For withdrawals, if your request fails during processing, we notify you via email and the funds remain in your openg4d account. You can then retry the withdrawal or choose a different payment method. If a withdrawal is delayed beyond our standard review window, contact our support team with your transaction ID and we will investigate.

Payments and transactions
Our weekly cashback offer returns a percentage of your net losses on eligible games during a calendar week (Monday to Sunday). The cashback is calculated after the week ends and credited to your account by Tuesday. Cashback applies to live-dealer tables, slots, and esports markets — check the terms for the current percentage and any minimum-loss threshold. Cashback is credited as bonus funds, which means you must meet a playthrough requirement before you can withdraw it. The playthrough amount and eligible games are shown in your account under "Bonus History." Cashback does not apply to football betting or to accounts with outstanding verification issues.
We provide several account-control tools in your settings. You can update your email, phone number, and password anytime. You can enable or disable two-factor authentication via SMS. You can view your deposit and withdrawal history, including transaction status and review windows. When you choose bank transfer as your deposit method, we generate a unique virtual account number for your openg4d account. Transfer your deposit amount to that number from your bank account — the funds appear in your openg4d account within 1–2 hours. For withdrawals, we transfer funds back to the bank account you registered during KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed within our standard review window, typically 1–3 business days. Bank transfers are free — we do not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. If you have questions about your bank's transfer limits or fees, contact your bank directly.
Game rules and offers
Our support team is available via live chat and email. Open the chat widget in your openg4d account or on our website — a team member will respond within a few minutes during business hours. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access from any jurisdiction at any time. If we detect access from a prohibited jurisdiction, we may freeze your account pending identity verification. Security and support
On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address. We send a password reset link to your registered email — the link expires after 1 hour for security. Click the link, enter a new password, and you can log in immediately. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or request a new link. If you cannot access your registered email, contact our support team. We can verify your identity using your KYC information and help you regain access to your account. We recommend using a strong password — at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. Do not use the same password across multiple accounts.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second layer of security to your openg4d account. When enabled, you receive an SMS code each time you log in from a new device — you must enter this code to complete login. This protects your account even if someone learns your password. We recommend enabling 2FA in your account settings. It takes 30 seconds to set up — we send a test code to your registered phone number, you enter it to confirm, and 2FA is active. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification typically takes 1–2 hours. We verify your legal name, date of birth, and ID number against Indonesian government records. During verification, your account is active but you cannot deposit or withdraw. Once verification is approved, you can add a payment method and deposit immediately. If verification is delayed or rejected, we notify you via email with the reason. Common reasons for rejection include mismatched information (name or ID number does not match our records) or an invalid ID. If your verification is rejected, contact our support team — we can help you correct the information and resubmit. Verification is required before your first deposit and is a one-time process.
