Logging in to openg4d on your phone

We recommend logging in to openg4d via the Android app or iOS browser for the best experience. On Android, download the app from our Mobile App page, install it, and enter your username and password. On iOS, open Safari or Chrome, navigate to openg4d.app, and log in — your session is saved so you don't need to log in every time.

After you log in, your account balance and recent activity appear on your home screen. You can deposit via DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, QRIS, or direct bank transfer from BCA, Mandiri, BRI, or BNI. Withdrawals are processed within standard review windows — we verify your identity and account status before releasing funds.

If you log in from a new device, we may ask you to verify your identity via SMS or email. This protects your account from unauthorized access. If you enable two-factor authentication in your account settings, you will receive an SMS code each time you log in — enter it to complete the login process.

Account security and password reset

Your openg4d account is protected by encrypted password storage. If you forget your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. We send a reset link to your registered email address. The link expires after 1 hour for security. Click it, enter a new password, and you can log in immediately.

We recommend using a strong password — at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. Do not use the same password across multiple accounts. If you suspect your password has been compromised, reset it immediately and enable two-factor authentication.

If you cannot access your email or phone, contact our support team. We can verify your identity using your KYC information and help you regain access to your account. We also monitor your account for suspicious login attempts and will notify you if we detect activity from an unfamiliar location or device.
